|
Employees are treated as professionals. Work flexibility varies by position but respects care of personal and civic matters with less stress through a mix of working in the office, at home and on the road (travel, jobsites, client offices, etc.).

Retirement Savings
|
After an introductory period, employees may contribute, usually tax-deferred, toward retirement through our SIMPLE IRA plan that the company usually matches a portion of funds each year.

Health Insurances
|
After an introductory period, employees may participate in our group health, vision and dental insurance plans. The company pays 80% of each employee’s medical premium and 100% of his/her vision and dental premiums and split 50/50 with employees on the premiums to cover elected spouses and dependents. We also encourage contributing to a companion Health Savings Account (HSA).

At no cost to eligible employees, $50,000 of Basic Term Life/Accidental Death and 60% of salary Long-Term Disability (LTD) insurances are provided.
