A 95-unit, Class A assisted-living and memory care facility in Liberty Park Community, Jefferson County (near Birmingham, AL). Contains Cahaba Lounge dining, AL and MC dining room, dedicated AL private dining room, surround-sound theatre, arts & crafts studio, library, salon, fitness center and rehabilitation space, memory care and assisted-living courtyards.
