Scope of Work

Development of Phase 1 (of 2) multi-family apartment complex. Four 3-story garden style buildings with detached garages and a clubhouse with a fitness room, leasing center, entertainment room, and an outdoor fire pit and grill station. Located in a booming area of Bakken shale oil region.
