Scope of Work

New construction for a luxury over-55, active-adult community in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. Project includes extensive common areas and amenities to include a grab-and-go market, hobby areas, chef’s kitchen and private dining area, landscaped courtyards, dog spa and dog walk, pool and fitness areas.
