Scope of Work

Berwyn House will be a seven-story, luxury apartment building focused predominantly on students, professors and other professionals associated with the University of Maryland located within walking distance. When finished, the project will consist of 275 luxury units accompanied by top-of-market amenities including resort-style pool, sundeck, grilling areas, expansive club house with lounge, fitness center, business center with library, game room, bike storage and bike self-repair space, and a pet spa.
